Special Forces is a rank of unit in Star Wars: Legion.

The icon indicates that a unit has the rank of special forces.

Special Forces represent units of elite troops who have more unique skills and purpose than corps units. Special forces can be used in many tactical niches depending on the attributes of the unit, as defined by its keywords. An 800pt army does not need to include any special forces units, but may include up to 3.
